The Process

  • For consultation you can give me a detailed description for your custom piece OR

  • Allow me to intuitively create your customized grounding seed

  • For projects that require many hours to complete, I can’t guarantee that design alterations requested after I have already started can be honored but I will certainly do my best.

  • For the sanctity of its magic, I do not usually give detailed updates and pictures on how your jewelry is unfolding while I am creating it. I humbly ask that you be patient, as I am during my creation process. Do not expect detailed updates.

Timing

  • The time to completion depends on how long it takes me to obtain all the elements I need to make it, how long your order takes to craft, how many other orders I am Loving on at the time and my personal life schedule

  • If you need your jewelry expedited there will be an additional fee depending on how soon you need it, how long your order takes to craft, how many other orders I am Loving on at the time and my personal life schedule. Expedited orders must be communicated to me before making your initial deposit.

  • Your piece can possibly be ready for reveal early, however the original due date for the balance remains.

  • In rare cases, your piece can possibly take longer than the set reveal date to reach completion. If I am in a period of rest and it affects your due date I will communicate that and you will receive a free gift with your order as a thank you for your patience.

Pricing

  • The price for your jewelry depends on supplies and how long it takes me to complete it

  • For pieces that I am creating for the first time I can only estimate how many hours it takes to complete. When this happens I will give a price range. Your 50% deposit will be based on the higher end of the predicted price range. After it is complete and I have its actual price, you will only pay the remainder due on its actual price.

  • Sometimes I underestimate my custom order prices because the process unfolds in its own way, sometimes with a magical twist and I must honor that during the creation process. In these cases the price could increase as much as double or more. I will never expect you to pay anything past what we discussed on your invoice. However I will communicate the actual worth of your piece at reveal, just in case someone inquires the price, and for future reference and appraisal purposes.

Payment

A 50% non refundable deposit is required to start your new EARTHINGwARE. It will be ready within __ weeks & 1 day after the deposit is made.

You'll be notified when your EARTHINGwARE is ready for reveal. I must receive the remaining balance within 1 week & 1 day for you to receive your jewelry. If you have not made final payment by the end of this grace period, the piece could be cataloged if we have not communicated otherwise. You can always pay the remaining balance to retrieve your jewelry after it's been cataloged, IF it has not yet aligned with another owner or been altered.

In the case that you are no longer making payments for the remaining balance, I’ll gladly honor your non-refundable deposit as a credit to purchase from my EARTHINGwARE jewelry catalog. 

  • I will send an invoice via email for both of our records along with your customized payment guidelines (will include how long your order will take to create).

  • Final payment due date on the invoice reflects the last day I will accept your remaining balance before your piece is liable to be added to my catalog inventory.

  • Cash app, cash or card swipe is preferred; other methods of payment available upon request.

  • I do accept payment installments for the remaining balance, if you choose to do so. You do not have to wait until the reveal date to pay the remaining balance.
